The 14-day satisfaction guarantee is applicable to consumers who purchase through various channels, including online transactions, the internet, telephone, mail-order magazines, and TV shopping.
This guarantee also covers orders placed directly on the company’s official website. If you receive a defective or unsatisfactory product, please contact customer service for assistance.
Return or exchange an item, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs and sending the product to Ireland.
