Under what conditions can I apply for warranty? ​

If the product is still within the warranty period

Project Mars provides a one-year warranty or one-time replacement for all products. Please check for the warranty card upon receiving the product. Within the warranty period, as long as the damage is not caused by human factors, we will provide warranty service for you, making sure you can buy with confidence and use with peace of mind. The warranty processing time is about 5-7 days.

If the product is damaged and cannot be used during the warranty period

Please contact the customer service number on the back of the product warranty card for repair or replacement. If the damage is caused by human factors, please also contact customer service for discussion. The shipping cost for returning the product for repair to our company will be borne by the consumer. Please include the warranty card and contact information when returning the product and note the problem on a piece of paper to help the repair department expedite the inspection process.

If your product is damaged after the warranty period

You can also contact the customer service number on the back of the warranty card for repair. We will need you to send the product back to our company, and the shipping cost will be borne by the consumer. Please include the warranty card and contact information when returning the product, and note the problem on a piece of paper to help the repair department expedite the inspection process. The processing time is about 5-7 working days. A diagnostic fee be charged for the repair process. We will contact you by phone after the diagnostic is done for the repair quote. If you confirm the repair or exchange, the diagnostic fee can be directly applied as a discount.
